Finish options matter more here than on a driveway, since a patio is meant to be lived on, not just driven over — broom finish, exposed aggregate, or a stamped pattern that reads more like stone or tile, all sized and laid out for how the space will actually be used.

Can you pour a patio around an existing structure like a pool or fire pit?
Yes — we regularly pour around pools, fire pits, and existing landscaping. It takes more careful forming and layout than an open slab, which is part of the estimate walkthrough.
What's the difference between a stamped and a broom-finish patio?
Broom finish is the standard slip-resistant texture and the most budget-friendly option. Stamped concrete is patterned and colored to resemble stone, brick, or tile at a lower cost than the real material, but it costs more than a plain broom finish and takes more time to install correctly.
